Florida Atlantic University was founded in 1964 and serves more than 27,000 students on its seven campuses. Nursing Education at Florida Atlantic University
The Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University offers undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs in nursing. Undergraduate students can choose from a traditional BSN program, an accelerated one-year program, and an RN to BSN program. MSN degrees are offered in several concentrations: Adult Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, Administrative and Financial Leadership, Clinical Nurse Leader, Nurse Educator, and Individualized Track. The College of Nursing is home to several centers and institutes including the Archives of Caring, the Initiative for Intentional Health, the Nursing Leadership Institute, and the Center for Innovation in School and Community Well Being.
