Indiana State University began as the Indiana State Normal School in 1865, in Terre Haute, Indiana. It has grown into a renowned institution in the state, with a total enrollment of 10,534 undergraduate and graduate students.The College of Nursing, Health, and Human Services was founded in July 2007 to highlight the health professions programs at ISU. However, the baccalaureate program was founded in 1963, and master’s program began in September 1986.
