Nursing Education at State University of New York Downstate Medical Center
The College of Nursing at SUNY Downstate Medical Center offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in nursing. On the undergraduate level, the College offers an RN to BSN program designed for working RN’s, and a 15-month Accelerated BSN. The MSN program is available in four concentrations: Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Anesthesia, Nurse Midwifery, and Nurse Practitioner. The College also offers Advanced Certificates in Nursing. Programs at SUNY Downstate Medical Center’s College of Nursing are available on a full-time or a part-time basis.
